现在是h1b，有效期到2018年。
去年从中国会美国的时候，海关官员在护照戳子上给的时间是一年，到今年11月，而不
是以往的到2018年。所以我的I94也是一年，admit until data是今年11月。
现在我必须在11月之前离开美国再进来么？

是要在i94过期前离开美国再重新入境。
如果是入境官员错误的话，可以去local office问问能不能改，就不用出境了。

盖的那个不是I-94。I-94是去https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/找的。虽然一般盖的日期是I-
94上的，但是有时候出错。如果不同是以I-94为准。
如果给你的时间短，一般就是因为你护照快过期了，给到你护照过期前6个月。你renew
护照之后申请身份延期或离开美国再进入。

This 3-finger salute, as explained in the book, is an old and rarely used
gesture in District 12 which is occasionally seen in funerals to signify
thanks, admiration or goodbye to someone you love.
Katniss also made the same gesture when Rue was killed in the Hunger Games
to show her gratitude and love for Rue. And Rue’s district returned the 3-
finger salute to Katniss but it was taken as a form of rebellion by the
Capitol because different districts aren’t supposed to admire or care for
each other nor do a gesture which isn’t its own.

有可能海关弄错了，把签证过期日当做i94最后期限。我又一次就是，然后去机场的CBP
给改了，如果你之间还要出国的话就没有必要。

谢谢大家
我的护照2021年过期。
当时那个officer写的nov2016.我提醒他应该是2018年，我的h1b的有效期。结果他说他
比我明白。
我的I-94现在也是nov 2016。所以我要出去再进来？看上面的回复，是可以去local
office（哪儿）或者机场CBP改时间？

理论上是要出去的。
i94给多久入境官员说了算，如果不是官员业务不熟悉，那就是有什么原因不给到2018
年。
CBP local office （一般在机场/港口）或者 differed inspection site。具体在哪
看你住哪了。Google个离的近的去。
