9月底德州移民局收到我的file.两个月了网上的stutus一直没变。请问正常吗？我的
OPT申请的是10月初开始，EAD卡批下来会不会推迟OPT开始时间？如果推迟了，90天的
unemployment day是不是按照批下来的时间开始计算？麻烦有经验的朋友帮忙解答。谢
谢！

我是10月27号移民局收到我的申请。今天状态变成了document production。我自己觉
得两个月挺长的。可以打电话问问。你的第二个问题我也不清楚。不好意思。我是在
vermont申请的。寄了offer letter。

你跟我情况一样，我10月6号file的，initial review中。
你原定的opt开始是几号，你啥时候毕业的？

8月份毕业, 计划10月12号. EAD发的晚OPT开始晚点也行啊. Good luck!

I do not think it matters when you receive your EAD. The originally
requested OPT start date is your actual OPT start date. If you receive your
EAD later than your requested data, you might be loosing OPT days. That's
what my ISO advisor told me...

I think that what your ISO advisor told you is not reasonable. For an
extreme case, your OPT is approved by USCIS 90 days after the day you
request. You are in trouble because of USCIS's delay. So USCIS should be a
little flexible on OPT starting time to let applicant has time to apply his
or her EAD.
Our ISO advisor told me like this "your official OPT start date may be later
than your requested date, depending on processing times and when your
application is received by USCIS. The official sta

starting date of your OPT must be within 60 days after your graduation.

正常，我7月底申请，9月底补了材料，一直没消息，昨天晚上查还是。
但今天感恩节早上，居然变成了production ordered，呵呵。你也查查。

查了, 还是initial Review. 请问你是怎么知道要补充材料的? USCIS的网站上说"On
September 25, 2009,we received this I765 APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT
AUTHORIZATION, and mailed you a notice describing how we will process your
case....You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the
office needs something from you." 我好像从来没有收到什么东西.

我就是因为要重寄I－20导致等了2个月又2个月
