EB3的本来就不多。2008-2009年经济不好，PERM办不了，于是2010-2011年的I-140批准

还是太少。 有人说光2010年老中EB总共批了1.7万。照你这个数据，即使HR3012不过，
明年EB2C都能current了。

不知道这个“2010年老中EB总共批了1.7万”的数据来源何在，不过据http://www.flcdatacenter.com/CasePerm.aspx上面仅仅关于PERM的统计来说，这个数字实在有点夸张，除非很大部分是EB1还有NIW，这个好像没有什么数据可查。但是17,000-2516(PERM:Certified+Certified-Expired+Withdrawed+Denied)=14484
也就是说EB1+NIW=14484。这个，有点……

是在烙印的网站上，EB ROW和烙印关于HR3012对骂的时候，那个EB ROW的人说的。他说
2010年，烙印批了3万多，老中是1.7万。

呵呵，明显是无理取闹，随便说个数来吓唬人的。他还好没说25万和10万，这样的话所
有ROW的人都会站出来法对这个法案了。
