马上要签offer了 一般需要问什么问题呢？ 有什么需要值得注意的吗？ 感觉美国这里
的offer都是对雇主有利 说可以无论什么时间 什么原因终止合同 大家的合同上都是这
么写的吗
还有就是h1b transfer 一般都是如何进行的呢？ 啥时候是要让现雇主知道自己要离开
呢？ 是在h1b transfer 之后还是之前呢？ 大家是拿到receipt 之后就开始工作了 呢
还是等到最后approval 了才工作呢？
