you need to convert .rm -> .avi -> .mpg. Here is how,
1) .rm -> .avi

this one use RealPlayer to convert .rm to .avi.
actually, I use MS DXM SDK to do it.
2) .avi -> .mpg
u can do this using Panasonic MPEG encoder.

actually, I use a small command avi2mpg1.exe,
go http://www.geocities.com/xiaomaoxiong2000/avi2mpg1.zip
3) burn mpg to VCD
u can use any burner, Adaptec/Ner
