ok here is what i know about blues harp
1. buy a standard C harp no less than $20, DO NOT buy those
combo for $15, they are crap.
2. w/ a C harp you cover almost all blues, rock songs
3. Buy DIATONIC not Chromatic, diatonic is the one used
for blues, it's easier to bend to make it bluesy
4. harp in F and G are used but rare at entry level,
F is very high pitch and G is very low pitch (maybe
vise versa, maybe, i don't remember exactly)
5. again, buy a $20 one - at least, and buy the diatonic type
