recruiter说offer都approved了, 但我的background check还没有好不可以给我发
offer,要再等等。
请知道的说说。

就算先发，offer里也会写，offer只有在background check通过了后才有效。都是一样
的了。

那你就不要据别的offer阿。。background check一般都很快的一个星期而已

I got the HireRigt's email to start the background check, and get the
official offer a couple of days later. I am sure the background check is not
finished at that time.
I think background check is just a necessary step, not pretty important.
They don't even ask me the pay check even I refuse to contact my current
employer.
