我们打算送2岁的宝宝去一家托儿所。填表格的时候对下面这个条款有点疑惑。请大家
看看这个条款是不是合理,是不是所有的托儿所都有这个规定。谢谢

I give my permission herewith, to have my child attend the xxx Preschool for
the designated period, and to participate in all properly scheduled
