以前讨论吃鱼的时候，有妹妹说tilapia属于污染严重的鱼，为什么我查了好几个美国
的网站都说tilapia基本是首选的鱼呢，WTE下面这篇文章也是这么说的，说tilapia属
于污染最少的鱼了，我有点昏了，到底tilapia好不好给孩子吃呢？
另外妈妈们注意下，Farmed or Atlantic salmon是不能吃的，得吃Wild Alaskan
salmon (coho, chum, pink; fillets or canned)，别买错了
感觉罐头鱼还更好呢，呵呵

Avoid fish on the top of the food chain - contaminants, especially Mercury

i just saw this----Contaminants, like mercury and PCBs (
polychlorinated biphenyls), which can affect the brain and cause learning
and behavior problems, lurk in many fish and shellfish. Some species contain
very high levels; others have only trace amounts.
but it was generally speaking of all fishes, it didn't specify the
difference between atlantic and alaska wild caught salmon....

What fish can you eat? There are plenty of healthy fish in the sea. Some of
the fish that are considered safest for young children to eat are these…
Safe seafood choices:
•Pollack (the stuff of fish sticks)
•Wild Alaskan salmon (coho, chum, pink; fillets or canned)
•Tilapia

just bought a bag of smoked salmon (farm raised) at costco yesterday, as it'
s cheaper than the alaska one...

好像中国店卖的也叫tilapia啊，非洲鲫鱼不是吗？就是侧鱼吧，我都昏了，感觉是河
鱼啊
可是sam's club卖的这个tilapia确实写着是from the sea啊

这边的鱼都不认识（不过在国内也没认几种的说），有一次买了条大海鱼，那个腥呀，
还花了十几大刀，最后都扔了。从那以后只买河鱼，这可如何是好？

没有啊，刚拿到的信息，tilapia是肯定不能给孕妇或者产妇吃了。。。。
farmed raised鱼好像没有能吃的了。。。。

我来说说哈，昨天看了ob，专门问了吃鱼的问题，他说一周吃两到三次的鱼可以给宝宝
足够的DHA，有助于宝宝头部的发育。
avoid：shark，tilefish，swoardfish，mackerel
good：salmon，tuna，anchovies，sardines

作为一个渔民，我可以说一点个人经验
tilapia是人工杂交品种，基本属于人工饲养，就是中国超市里的非洲鲫鱼
至少我从来没有在自然湖里，海里钓到过
如果怕污染，去掉鱼头，别吃肚皮处那块脂肪，鱼肉基本是安全的
还有就是，污染也是个积累过程，不要吃太大的鱼

是非洲鲫鱼，淡水鱼，又没有污染就不知道了
我经常吃，因为在美国最容易买到的就是tilapia和猫鱼了
三文鱼之类的就是不爱吃，除非是生鱼片。。。

唉，这个鱼的问题真是复杂啊。中国人习惯吃的带鱼，黄鱼等都找不到相关信息。我现
在已经不敢吃鱼了，反正每天都在补DHA

我前几天在whole food 买鱼时问有没有野生的，他说没有，但他又说他们的鱼的农场
都严格遵守２０多页的标准的（比如饲料，激素之类的），我问他什么鱼适合宝宝，他
就拿了两片tilapia.

我们在中国店里买的游水活tilapia，清理完了拿到家还在活动的，不会是在中国养的
吧，那运过来多少成本啊？
现在能买到的活鱼也就是tilapia，鲤鱼，猫鱼，和鲈鱼。鲤鱼难吃，鲈鱼ob不建议，
那只有吃了猫鱼？

我妈妈说猫鱼不好，因为吃的太杂，可能有污染。
