出去聚餐，购物，gym运动，基本上计划没改变！
但周围朋友这方面话题不断，感觉挺seriously的！
三番版基本上大多是这方面消息！觉得还是到这里找些积极的看法和有效的做法。
也不知道孕期是不是会对辐射更敏感？

不过里面有２点：
１文章提到"不要被雨淋到"！偶们这几天要一直下雨。。。！
２文章提到“2nd trimester的孕妇和18岁以下的青少年是最容易受辐射影响的人群”
！？但为什么
OB和牙医通常不让在1st trimester做x-ray，似乎说过到2nd时候是安全期，必要的话
也可以做
呢！？
弱弱的问一下，请科普！

我看到的说法是辐射云到南加了(Bless 南加的姐妹和宝宝！)，目前北加暂时安全。

第二个我也不懂，个人推测可能2nd的时候照一次X-ray的辐射量对娃来说已经相对副作
用小些
（我的ob坚持整个孕期都不能做x－ray）而且X光是外辐射。
但这次是辐射云，可能会导致内辐射（就是悬浮在空气里被吸进身体里），人要排出来
还是需要一
点时间的，就等于一直在被辐射，可能对娃影响比较大。而且被辐射的话最容易就是得
两种癌症，
白血病和甲状腺癌，可能2nd的时候小娃的发育的重点正好是骨髓或者甲状腺。
我的一些个人推测，唉，可恶的小日本。
我也在2nd trimester，俺决定这两天不出门，紧闭门窗就好了。

It doesn't matter if the radiation dose is detectable or not, and it doesn't
matter if the radiation goes inside or outside. What matters is the
accumulative radiation dose you get for your whole body. 30 miles away from
plant, too small to affect anyone, including pregnant women. Don't worry at
all, MM. It doesn't matter in which way the wind is blowing.
A little knowledge: Now the gate of plant has dose rate 2-3 millirem/hour. X
-ray chest scan is around 70 millirem. When the dose from plant comes to you
at whichever side of CA, maybe you will get 0.0001 millirem. A regular
person in US will get natural dose every year at 300 millirem. See
difference here...

The younger the child, the more susceptible he/she is to radiation. Most
radiation dose accumulated by the pregnant woman will somehow go to the baby
inside. During first trimester, the infant (not the right word, but I
forgot how to call that baby in belly) has key developments. If you are
exposed to X-ray then, the radiation may cause very bad defect of infant. It
is suggested that pregnant women should not take any kind of X-ray. But if
required, take after 1st trimester.
No worry of rain. Not a problem at all.

exposed to X-ray then, the radiation may cause very bad defect of infant. It
is suggested that pregnant women should not take any kind of X-ray. But if
required, take after 1st trimester.
