批准的renewal I94, 这是唯一的材料证明。
如果你还有上次递交延期材料时USCIS寄回的收据， 可以把receipt#输入case status
search （USCIS在主页左上角)， 打印那张CASE status的printout， 不过这是下策。

We had the same problem for my in-laws. We had the receipt and printed out
the case status search. The officer looked at both and gave them the visa.

what if we can't find the receipt#? it's been 5 years.
