宝宝9周了，一般是7点半左右开始喂，8点多睡觉，这一觉很不踏实，需要我时刻守在
旁边，一般只能睡到10点-11点。一直是全母乳，以前为了让他睡前吃饱，泵出来瓶喂
，这样是能吃饱，但是就是吃瓶子越吃越清醒，吃饱了之后还要哄睡半个1个小时的，
后来为了让他尽快入睡，改为胸喂，要么吃多了，要么吃不够，总是掌控不好量。目前
母乳还够，暂时没有打算加奶粉。请教有经验的妈妈，怎么喂好睡前的一顿让宝宝睡长
一点。
