我头疼了好久啊,就为了给她弄吃的发愁。
baby food是不吃了,
我们又爱辣的。
我们妞要上托,要带饭(托的饭忒不健康了),
所以咧,我最近在潜心研究给她做什么吃的。
学习之后知道了,还真不能乱吃,
每天营养要均衡:

12-24个月的娃,
Grain, Fruit, Veggie,Protein, Milk每天的摄取应该是:
3, 1, 1, 2, 2 (serving size)。
具体一个serving size就是:
Grain:一片面包 or 半杯米饭 or 一杯cereal
Fruit:一个苹果 or 一个香蕉 or 一杯水果
Veggie:一杯蔬菜
Protein: 一个蛋 or 1oz肉 or 1tbsp 花生酱
Milk: 一杯奶 or 酸奶

当然娃跟娃不同,这就是个大概的概念,我家妞是远远吃不到这个量的,所以具体咱们当娘的自己调整。
带蔬菜我暂时只试过:
蒸baby carrot
蒸peas
蒸asparagus
costco 的冷冻 broccoli (微波炉加水3分钟)
冷冻玉米粒(微波炉加水1分钟)
蒸green bean (在apple source里面蒸,刚看到的还没试过)
关于粮食跟肉我只做过包子饺子,
但是老吃也会腻的。
这里我贴几个找到的比较方便的方子,
宗旨是要好吃健康好做好带,
有的试了有的还没打算试试。
算是投石问路了。
大家有什么好的idea请一定分享下。
要自由要清净不要老人来帮忙看孩子的苦果我们自己尝啊。

香蕉梨muffin:
2oz (1/2 cup) self raising flour (or all-purpose plus 3/4 tsp baking powder)
1 egg
1 ripe banana (this provides the sweetness to the muffins, so it is
important the banana is ripe)
1 ripe pear
2 fl oz (1/4 cup) olive oil
good pinch cinnamon
1 tbsp milk
Preheat the oven to 375 deg F (190 deg C).
Peel and core the pear, then chop finely.
Mash the banana.
Whisk the oil and egg together in a bowl unti thoroughly combined.
Add the cinnamon to the flour, then stir in the chopped pear.
Gently blend the banana and the oil mixture with the flour, then add the
milk.
Grease a muffin tray, then spoon in the mixture.
Bake for around 20 mins, until golden and firm.

蓝莓pancake:
1 cup (4 oz) whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking powder
8 fl oz (1 cup) cow's milk, breast milk or formula
1 whole egg
oil
4oz (1/2 cup) fresh blueberries
Mix the wet ingredients in one bowl and the dry ingredents in another.
Combine the wet and dry ingredients, then gently stir in the blueberries.
Spoon the mixture into a non-stick frying pan, 2-3 tablespoons at a time,
and fry for around 1 minute on each side.

Asparagus Scramble
2 eggs
2 tbsp cream cheese*
2 asparagus spears, cooked and chopped
*The whipped variety is best as it's easier to stir in.
Heat a little oil in a frying pan/skillet.
Beat the eggs, then add them to the pan, stirring.
As the mixture starts to set, stir in the cream cheese and the asparagus.
Cook until done - we prefer to cook until lightly set if baby will be eating
this from a spoon, or until firm if he'll be eating it with his fingers.

8 oz (1 cup) ground chicken
1 medium carrot
1 medium apple
1/2 garlic clove
1/2 small onion
1 small egg yolk, beaten
1 oz (1/4 cup) fresh breadcrumbs
pinch crushed, dried thyme
pinch freshly ground black pepper
Peel and grate the carrot, apple, garlic and onion.
Place into a mixing bowl, along with the ground chicken.
Add the beaten egg yolk, breadcrumbs, thyme and black pepper. Mix well.
Take small balls of the mixture and roll into 8 little "sausages".
Place on a grill pan (broiler) and heat under the grill for 10 mins on each
side.
Allow to cool.
Serve, or store some in the freezer for future use (if you haven't already
eaten them!)

Easy Peasy Squash 'N Broccoli Cakes
This is a very simple idea for a finger food that might help you encourage
your baby to eat broccoli if he tends to refuse it.
Simply mashed cooked butternut squash with a little ginger and as much
chopped, cooked broccoli as you think you can get away with!
Using your hands, form the mixture into little patties (or whatever shape
you like), then saute the shapes in a little olive oil until golden, turning
once. This helps the shapes develop a 'skin', making them easy to pick up!

Finger Foods for Baby - Veggie Cakes
From Jannah in the United States
1 cup (4 oz) flour
1 egg yolk
3 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp oil
3/4 cup (6 fl oz) milk (or formula)
2 jars of your choice of veggie baby food (note from editor - you could
substitute an equivalent amount of homemade veggie puree here)
Just mix all the ingredients together and then pour onto a hot griddle (
medium), turning them when ready just like you would a regular pancake!

FingerTurkey Veggie Meatballs
1-1/2 pounds (3 cups) ground turkey (a combination of light and dark is best)
2oz (1/2 cup) dry breadcrumbs or quick oats
2 to 3 oz (2/3 cup) finely shredded fresh Parmesan or Asiago cheese
1 oz (1/8 cup) finely chopped green onions
1 oz (1/4 cup) coarsely shredded carrot
1 oz (1/4 cup) coarsely shredded zucchini (courgette)
1 oz (1/4 cup) coarsely shredded parsnip or sweet potato
1 oz (1/4 cup) chopped fresh spinach
1 Tbsp chopped fresh herbs (thyme, rosemary, oregano, basil, parsley) - your
choice
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 large egg white or 1 whole egg
2 garlic cloves, crushed and minced
1. Preheat oven to 400 F/205 C /6 marks.
2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl; stir or squish well. Toddlers love to
help with this step.
3. Shape mixture into 30 (1-1/2-inch) meatballs.
4. Place on a cookie sheet line with a silpat (silicone pad). Bake at 400 F
(205 C/6 marks) for 15 minutes or until done.
These can be frozen and microwaved as needed.
