生了娃每个月月经还是要疼两天，痛苦啊。我看美国女的都打避孕针，一用管半年，这
个一般多少钱，副作用大吗？
还有，能不能推荐下夜用超长超厚的卫生巾啊，我在国内的时候用苏菲就挺好，这边有
类似的吗？普通的根本招架不住。

the hormone dosage is big to last half year.. the birth control pill that u
need to take everyday has lowest dose.
i used to the birth control patch, (u put on ur arm). my Ob send a letter
that the new reseach shows it increase chance for woman to get cancer or
other hormone related disease (dont remenber name) because the dose is high.
So i switch to daily pills..
but its ur call to use which birth control methode. So discuss it with your
OB.
