药流后第一次月经无异常地结束了，现在估计是排卵期，但是这两天稍微多走走就腰疼
得不行，疼到咳嗽打喷嚏都疼，坐下或者躺着休息几十分钟就又好了。不确定是不是需
要去检查还是因为夏天在教书每次一站就是高跟鞋上3个多小时而导致的。求问！
另外，今天去看牙照了个X光，不知道会不会影响6月底或者7月的怀孕计划啊？上次胎
停估计就是正好刚怀上照了X光引起的，今天还跟新的牙医探讨了这个问题，他说孕妇
前三个月是不建议照X光的，但是我现在确定没有怀孕没问题。很纠结啊，求问各位大
神！！谢谢！

我医生也说孕前X光没问题。
但我跟我老公都停止了一切有可能会危害到怀孕的活动。。。

啊？去检查也是怕怀孕期间牙齿感染什么的，听说会很麻烦，还会影响胎儿。。。

The radiations from Dental x ray is the same as the amount from the
environment. So it is like nothing. no worries. When you are pregnant, if
you have to do dental x ray, you ask for double fields. I have quite some
dental procedures done during pregnancy, baby is fine.

X光和胎停没必然联系。我发现怀孕前几天还换了个新牙医,照了一堆片子,都没想备孕
什么的事。现在宝宝都七个多月了。你要是不放心就告诉牙医你要备孕,让他们照的时
候给你捂严点儿。

My dentist didn't do a routine X-ray (scheduled every two years) when I told
him I was 3 months pregnant. He said he'd postpone any unnecessary non
emergency X-rays during pregnancy.
However, I've also heard the new machines are quite safe. Not sure whether
my dentist is old-fashioned, or their machine is old-fashioned. My dentist
is a man, though he once mentioned his wife experienced two miscarriages. I'
m not sure whether that made him extra cautious.

是啊，最近去看的牙医说他们诊所是不给怀孕前三个月的孕妇照x光的，虽然这个强度
不高，我觉得他们是在规避风险。
