我们这一般是26周到35周间，但推荐提前报名，因为都是小班，一两个月以内的一般早
就报满了。

我的医院在3rd trimester开始的时候给安排了一个 3rd trimester的课，也不知道是
不是产前培训。。。

I didn't take any classes except I watched some tutorial videos online
before I delivered my baby. From my perspective, taking those lessons ahead
of time could escalate my fear of labour. Therefore I would rather trust the
health professionals than myself as a new Mom without any experience.
I was in good hands when I delivered my daughter. Feel very comfortable to
follow my ob and all nurses' instructions.Well, when you start pushing, no
time to think at all:-)

Hospital tour is very useful. You can contact the hospital w/o OB referral.
Depends on the schedule you may want to register early, for a class no later
than 34-35 weeks pregnancy.

我24周，刚问了我ob，问她什么课有用。结论就是，
如果计划无麻，可以去上生产的课，用麻药的话，可免。
新生儿照顾的课如果家里有老人来帮忙，可免。
母乳的课孩子没生之前不用上，以后带着孩子去上。
唯一推荐的就是婴幼儿急救的课。
医院倒是一定要参观一下的，要提前注册的。
如果计划无麻，可以去上生产的课，用麻药的话，可免。
