家里有三个月的二宝需要保姆，找到一个老墨，本地人，美国出生的，不知道要体检什
么项目？我会要求乙肝检查，因为乙肝传染性强。不知道TB test 需要不需要？其他还
有什么physical exam需要做的？
不知道大家雇保姆时都做些什么检查？

privatemdlabs网站上有一个专门给nanny的package，叫Child Caregiver Infectious
Disease Profile. 原价402.49，　可以上retailmenot找个２０％coupon，贵是贵了点
，但还是咬牙order了。
项目包括甲乙丙肝炎，孢疹，砂眼，淋病，梅毒, HIV。肺结核不能order，只能由专门的
Physician开.

我后来没让她做肺结核。因为她刚拿到绿卡，一年前在国内的省级医院做过X-Ray，报
告显示正常，有中英文，是绿卡体检时用的。所以我就信了。你可以问问你们的家庭医
生或儿医，看是不是需要。
