汉语里面有前后鼻音的例子,类似的情况 "林"和"灵"
但是"桑" 好像是分不出前后鼻音...
有什么诀窍么?

实际上普通话里san和sang的区别主要在元音
san里的a是靠前的元音，国内语音学界用音标符号[A]
sang里的a是靠后的元音，国内语音学界用音标符号[手写体a]
美国英语亦是如此
你发son的时候有意识地比汉语“丧”稍微靠前一点，嘴不要张那么大
发song的时候有意识地比汉语“丧”多圆一点唇，就很接近了
