I didn't know this. You can only sue the government. I think if you file a
discrimination lawsuit, you can list a person as the defendant.
But that's also something we should consult the lawyer.
About the evidence. If we feel we are unfairly treated as many post say,
we(NIU) can collect those data and discuss with the lawyer (Somebody
mentioned
AILA vp..). Usually once the lawyer file the lawsuit, he can send
investigation letter to the O. or whatever for further data. If those data
shows we are not discriminated, then the case can be dismissed. We lost some
money because our suspects are wrong.
So if we strong believe we are unfairly treated, we can find a lawyer.
Otherwise, don't complain, don't bother O. don't be angry and happy every
day.
