开始几分钟是面试官自我介绍，然后就谈了测试相关的话题，也没有具体的题目，就是
问如何测试软件，有什么技巧，用什么软件和编程语言，举例说个自己调试bug的经历
。然后就是编程题目了，也是老题：shuffle。没什么困难很快搞定，然后就是想test
case。不过最后2分钟的时候出了一个严重错误，唉，就不说了。
希望对大家面MS有点帮助。面试官说1-2个星期给结果，感觉不怎么positive，唉，可
能得move on了。

我选了那个point还transaction的，输了amount和date之后，点calculate，可是下面
的place order是灰色的，不能点啊，怎么回事？数额是符合要求的啊，用9800 points
redeem＄540，

Hiring manager打电话来给了个口头offer，其他的估计没什么好negotiate，但感觉下
面两项我还是得问问。大家说说，我这样要求好不好？

（1） Salary:
是说：Thank you for offering me a salary of 112K. My current salary in XXX (
current city) is 102.4K, which is equal to around 107K in YYY (the city new
company located) based on CNN's Cost of Living calculator. So the net salary
increase in this offer is less than 2K because next year I am expected to
make 105K after the base salary increase in my current company, which is
equal to ~110.7K in YYY.
I also searched the salary info from glassdoor.com. The range for employees
with 4-6 years of experience for this position in your company is around
124k-130k (details as attached).
I'm really excited to work in YYY, and I know that I will bring a lot of
value. I appreciate the offer at 112K, but was really expecting to be in the
122K range based on my experience, drive, performance, base salary increase
next year, and cost of living in different states. Can we look at a salary
of 122K for this position?

(2) Sign-on Bonus and Incidental Relocation Allowance: I don’t remember you
mentioned Sign-on Bonus and Incidental Relocation Allowance when you
extended me the verbal offer. Since I did receive these bonuses from both my
previous companies, I was wondering whether I am also eligible for this if
I join your company?

连engadget for android也不行，实在太土了

没说是啥职位，不过MS面试好像基本上都是一个编程，然后一个测试，估计看你编程强
就是SDE，测试强就是SDET，我猜得。

这种说的方式不好。
特别是细细的讲几K。应该从打方向上问对方，而且要步步为营，不要一下谈咝。

30%。几K的税后没区别，别啰啰嗦嗦算了。

这么斤斤计较，1k, 1k 的算，真小气啊。
直接说我现在拿的就是你给我的这个工资数，希望加到至少122k，外加relocation
allowance。

啊，比如说我的9800点，就可以从＄540里扣去＄98，
