想给爸妈买房，现金不够的话，在美国如何贷款呢？除了equity loan 还有别的方法吗？

若在中国贷款，要有月收入证明.单位盖章即可．去年夏天首付可以２０％，今年要３
０-４０％．退休人员不可申请.

用过a版的ud，没啥问题，就是100% rpm的时候风扇声音有点大

there are a long list of the surcharges, don't even know why we pay that
for example, MTA Tele communications, what is that? MTA is transit/subway
system in
new york city, but in the subway I never get any att signals nor any
internet, why still charge me?
it is simply ridiculous

好像65岁以前的可以贷款吧，另外找朋友开个兼职的证明，到时候打电话确认的，也算
