I had 4 year experience which earned after i joined the same company.
My lawyer said these experience cannot used on my eb2 application.
There, he put my eb2 job requirement as MS + 0 year experience.
I just worry about that a lot of american citizen qualify for this
requirement.
What if a lot of american citizen qualify?

otherwise, ms without experience will definitely got many applicants

等越狱出来之后当然就没关系了
或者itether不知道之不支持iphone5

i did get promoted.
However, all my experience are earned in the current company.
The lawyer said these experience cannot be used in the eb2 application
If job requires ms+2 or 3 year experience, i am not qualified either.
