如果485 超过180天了，能否用EAD 换工作到另外一家公司,相关工作。
唯一的问题是新工作工资没有perm时候的工资高，但有增长潜力。
怕RFE的时候要求出具payroll。

我目前是month to month. 每个月65块左右的电话费。想要试用一下tmobile的30块
plan。主要是想看看我这里的信号覆盖如何，尤其是在楼里面和家里面的信号。另外能
省35块钱还是很诱人的。
不知道这里有没有用过VZW的Suspend Service。看VZW网站上说电话再次期间不能使用
，会上什么名单之类的。我在用iphone5，想要插tmobile的sim卡用。不知道能不能行。

不会，2005年Aytes memo明确说了工资不是deny的理由。
“Question 5. Should service centers or district officers use a difference
in the wage offered on the approved labor certification and initial I-140,
and the new employment as basis for denial in adjustment portability cases?
Answer: No. As noted above the relevant inquiry is if the new position is
the same or similar occupational classification to the alien’s I-140
employment. A difference in the wage offered on the approved labor
certification, initial I-140 and the new employment cannot be used as a
basis of a denial. However, a substantial discrepancy between the previous
and the new wage may be taken into consideration as a factor in determining
if the new employment is “same or similar.”

据本人的经验，回国期间verizon service suspend，global droid 2解锁，回国插卡
没问题，也没听客服说不能用。但即使是解锁的verizon手机，也无法使用美国境内的
其他运营商的sim卡。如果你用的是苹果店买的unlock手机，技术上可能可以，但不能
保证违规不会被查出。

对，他要判断你职业是否相同。
但从其他论坛看下来，如果是IT行业，基本上不会有大问题。
