说实话，你最好再问问，比如找议员问问。
因为我一开始也是说link上了，议员问了所还在2类，没有visa number，我又让议员去
问了，也不知道是回复议员的人没看到，还是怎么回事。

Based on Google Finance, LYG paid $1.43/Share dividend on Dec 11 and and $1.
43/share on Nov 25. Any idea what was going on. It does not make any sense
to me for a $6.00 stocks to pay $2.86 in less than 1 month.

who did not subscribe to the new share sale. The effect is the same as
dividend in that LYG share price went down from 5.12 to 3.7 on post rump day
of Dec. 14.
