我的EB2的140刚批了，PD好像是2018年2月22号，现在是不是就要等着，一直等到
CUTOFF的时间变到这个时间以后，才可以递交485？如果是的话，那怎么合法的在这里
呆着，我没有H1B，如果我的L1B明年过期，是不是我需要马上申请EDA？谢谢

不是吧，还能回国等？因为EB2是美国这边的Sponsor支持的，回国意味着工作已经失去
，那140就没有用了是吧。。。。
L1B是可以续，但总的时间是不超过5年，我的意思是如果5年时间到了，还没有等到排
期，又没有H1B，是不是就该卷起铺盖都有了？

我的L1B在2015年7月开始的，结婚了，老婆就是L2没什么工作。走的是PERM， 我不知
道EB2是啥类型。。。谢谢

You can work under L1B till at least 07/2020. You will be able to re-capture
the time when you are out of the US (vacation or business travel) and make
your L1B a little longer.
Based on your PD, it is unlikely that you can submit 485 under EB2 before 07
/2020 unless the current immigration law is changed.
Assuming your job needs a cap-subject H1B, you need to ask your current
employer to apply H1B for you in 2019. If not successful, try it again in
2020. Also talk to your lawyer to evaluate whether you can apply O-1 visa.

in daylight its as good as my wife's note4. nighttime is another story.
I am pretty happy with it.
btw don't use stock camera. its supper slow. Camera FV-5 fixes it.

H1b中签率不到50%。所以还是得有两手准备。

其实z ultra camera本来也没有大家说得那么差。
而且微距应该是所有手机camera里面数一数二的好。

我去年摇了一次H1B，没有中。

本来就是17初就开始做备份了，可是您知道EB2需要PERM呀，所以这不一折腾就到18年
了。
我也希望EB1顺利拿卡呢。

如果能升任管理层，可以转L1a。L1a期限是7年。

楼主做备份是对的，EB1审查严格，很容易收到RFE。我的律师就说，很多c level的
EB1c都被拒

对于有两个140的情况，不应该是用比较早的那个PD吗？
也就是说如果你的EB1是16年的PD，EB2的也算是16年的吗？

可以这样吗？反正两个140都批了。。。如果EB2也可以按EB1的140来的话，那是真好了
，过一年就可以交485了。。。
