I bought band 1 in the end of last year at taget for 17 dollars after
multiple coupons.
So band 2 price will be like that? or 99 is the lowest price before out of
stock?

$99 for band 2 is regular deal price, not bad.
$17 for band 1 is very rare price, you never know if you can get another
unpredictable price like that, it's luck not deal.
If you have more important things to focus on, instead of hanging and keep
watching slickdeals everyday, then go for the $99 band 2.
