我们刚搬来湾区不久，正在熟悉情况中。请有经验的人士推荐一个Day Care（我的宝宝
到今年10月份1岁），最好位于Sunnyvale, Santa Clara or Cupertino.

建议你赶紧排De Anza College Child Development Center，在Cupertino. 他家招18
个月以上的，WL很长。明年Fall你们可能就可以入学了。

看了3次了，见到的孩子们都很活泼可爱呀。

满好呀，要不WL很长了。首先ratio低，即使3岁班都是1：6，这个在湾区是很少见的了
。3岁以下，1：4。而且是实实在在的低比率，3个固定的老师，外加2个修儿童早期教育的实习老师
，实习老师不算在ratio内。大部分老师都是在这个中心工作了很多年的了，turn-over rate很低，
老师们也很耐心，岁数是偏中年以上的。教室很大，户外活动场所也大。据说玩与学结合较好，我周
三刚去参观了3岁班，6个孩子在和老师做点心，6个在听老师演示简单的科学。还有4个女孩拿着纱巾和
老师跳舞。
现在说一下缺点：室内略显暗。假期较多，一年总计大约有一个月的样子，包含法定假日。5：30pm 关
门。
mm，你最好自己去参观一下。我看了约8家，这儿最满意。

那也还是很贵的阿
不过正规倒是
我的问题是，这么小的小孩能学到多少东西啊？
中国的family care一般都不到1000阿

Mostly behavorial problems, such as autism/ADHD/ADD. It is these
challenging kids that truly open our eyes. If they have the patience and
experience to entain all kids regardless of their background, it is very
telling.
Just want to make clear that I am not saying they have a higher ratio of
challenging kids.
They do have more holidays and less convenient hours and a lot of parent
volunteer work (optional). But the results can be rewarding.
On the other hand, I do think finding the right day
challenging kids that truly open our eyes. If they have the patience and
experience to entain all kids regardless of their background, it is very
telling.
Just want to make clear that I am not saying they have a higher ratio of
