现在读了三年了，老板没funding了。
继续读的话首先经济压力很大，要自己找活干support自己。其次，未来老板有没有钱
也不知道，毕业也没有确定时间。另外感觉自己就算phd毕业了找faculty职位的机会也
不是很大，还有必要继续读下去吗？
如果quit拿个master毕业的话就需要老板的支持，一般这种情况都会让学生毕业么？
不知道还有其他可能的方案没

by filling the yr-end tax return, I can report my daycare spend and dr.
copay etc as well. is it the same saving amount comparing to have a FSA
account?

你觉得自己合适（喜欢）搞科研么，不合适，去找工作非常好。工资高，生活自如不用
一直想着。象你这种情况老板自己没钱支持了的，你要拿MS毕业老板一般都是认可的

和老板谈一谈，看他能否帮你争取到TA。

If your employer offers an FSA account, take it. This is a free benefit.
Otherwise you would be able to deduct medical expenses only when those
exceed 7.5% of your income when filing taxes. In comparison, FSA is a more
attraction option.

If that's offered through your employer, take it. That's a better option
financially.
Typically only people who don't get such benefits at work take dependent
care credit when filing tax returns. Made sense now?
