医院和保险的糊涂帐找谁解决？

RT，理由是
Your credit report shows too few credit references.
Your credit report shows your accounts have a low credit limit.
但是信里面说我的credit score是937(Equifax)，应该也不低了，打电话有希望吗？有
什么特殊后门电话吗？

希望有熟悉医院billing得人好心指点一下。
我儿子在去年在儿童医院development unit 去做过两回评估。第一次是develpement
Ped,第二次是一个精神病医生。据我看来，两次的评估过程大同小异，都是跟家长了解
情况，跟小孩做做题。第一个visit 我交了30刀的copay. 第二次医院说我们做的是
neurology test，像保险以医院的名义claim，我需要交268刀coinsurance.
跟保险联系，保险说医院用错了表，应该用CMS1500表，我只需要交30刀。现在医院用
得是什么internal,的表，我就的交268刀coinsurance.
医院百般推托之下，说是会跟保险电话，最后告诉我它们没错，医院作为facility, 不
能用CMS1500,我就得交。医院拽得很，让他们给保险打电话都是恳求之下的，天知道
他们打了没有。保险得人仍然说医院错了，但是如果医院坚持不改的话，他们也没办法。
我现在不知道谁在说谎，有没有何种机构可以解决这种纠纷的。

如果你的信用历史很短,那个分数不能作准.是虚的分数.

99%是医院有问题。

CMS1500 is the medical claim form used by physicians. So I agree that they
might have submitted a wrong form resulting in your coinsurance instead of
an office copay.
The best shot for you is to write an email (be clear and as detailed as
possible) to your HR describing your situation and the frustation and asking
for their assistance. That route would be the most effective.

打电话总不吃亏反正hard pull已经有了
看理由是说你的信用信息不多，例如卡很少而且cl很低
估计是因此无法确定你是否真的具备很好的还款能力
分数只是参考不是说分数高就一定能批遇到较真的就不好说了

不太懂了，你欠医院的钱，不是该医院着急吗？不是他们该去找保险公司吗？

我有5张信用卡，总额度大概是15000，这样argue有希望吗？另外，有人知道应该打哪
个电话吗？多谢

我的经验：写一封信给给你小孩看病的医生，解释清楚情况。certified mail 寄出。
医生会让billing department 解决。医生让billing去解决比你跟他们谈要好很多。这
是我上次的经历。

我欠医院的钱，不是欠business office 的的钱。他们才不急呢。如果不交，会有
collection公司接手的。他们才不在乎。通过这回，可是领教了business这帮大爷大娘
，打电话很难找到，找到了也一幅官腔，就是there is nothing more we can do. NND
,有的时候真想骂人，但是学到的教训是骂人发脾气没用，还得耐住性子，唉。。
从来没想到可以用HR, 或是联系医生。我明天就试试。谢谢楼上的各位了。

what's so funny? what is squat?
I don't know much about health insurance, but i am dealing with billing too
many times. problems solved by contacting billing office or insurance
company most of the times, from hundreds of dollars to thousands of dollars.
