offerletter里面有这句话：
XXX does not warrant or represent that the employment will continue for any
definit period of time, but the employment of XXX will be dependent on the
need of his serives by XXX and the caliber and quality of services performed
by XXX.
请问这句话是正常的套话吗？谢谢！

小儿最近两天老是说耳朵痒，不知道是不是家里太干的原因？
没有经验，害怕是耳朵发炎什么的，没有发烧感冒。大家知道应该怎么处理吗？谢谢！
