我国内的同学今年八月份刚生小孩，我十月初回国， 计划给他带奶粉，

I'd caution against bringing formula, unless your friend specifically tells
you which one to buy. each baby reacts to formula in different ways, you
never know if he/she will have any problem with a certain brand.
if you insist on buying formula, better ask on nextgeneration board, new
parents hang out there whereas people here may have outdated information :)

我也是坚决不给人带奶粉。太复杂了。万一人家吃完了GASSY，不得被骂死啊
除非人家吃惯了某个牌子，指定牌子，才可以带。：）

right. one more thing, some people don't use formula at all, so LZ better
make sure before buying
