我们家孩子喜欢 Trader Joe's 的 Organic Monterey Jack Cheese （8 oz），味道比
较淡。还有TJ 的Organic String Cheese。

我把店里所有cheese的sodium比较过，就算最低的也很高，cheese都很咸，我的结论是
，呵呵，尝过，真的咸，万不得已，还是给娃晚点吃吧，不明白这玩意为啥都这么咸的
昨天听广播正好听到五种好cheese，好像还有拍魔杖吧

随手google了一个，eat this not that的，看楼上说到sodium，不过搜到的这个都没
有提到sodium。。。

无所谓的，成份都差不多，kraft比较常见，或者store brand也可以。
买切片的或者长条块的都可以。

string cheese主要成分就是mozzarella，店里一般就那么几个牌子，你去看看就
知道了。不过我个人觉得口感比较干。

嗯, parmesan是很咸
其实我觉得小孩如果不是天生特喜欢, 没有绝对的必要吃奶酪. 牛奶酸奶都很好

其实我觉得小孩如果不是天生特喜欢, 没有绝对的必要吃奶酪. 牛奶酸奶都很好

沃尔马现在有种低盐的,好象4%,牌子是sargento, 我家现在买这个
