I'd like to inform you that Pay Over Time is offered by solicitation to our
eligible Cardmembers. Therefore, once you receive any solicitation for this
feature, you can go ahead and follow the process to enroll for this feature.
After the successful enrollment, you need to call at the number on the back
of your Card and one of our representatives will let you know if you are
eligible for any bonus points offer and assist you accordingly.
I hope this email addresses your concern.

我一月申请这张卡的时候都是说得6个月才能qualify这个option，也许要等到那个时候？

这个offer 本身是targeted,版上大多数人不是靶子，都不qualify,联系客服给了是
amex客服nice,不给也正常。6个月只是你可以通过正常途径加那个option 的时间，不
代表你可以成为靶子。靶子和时间长短没关系。

最开始收到没找到offer的邮件，发给另一个部门调查，过了5天，今天收到邮件，说给
