孩子四岁多了，体重38lb， 身高110cm. 想买个Booster Car Seat。其实做现在的Car
Seat还可以。但是弟弟长大了，快要做面朝前的Car Seat 了，所以想给大宝升级一下
。 大概看了一下，发现价格差别太大，几十到几百都有。能给个推荐吗？

没PTO，但听说是UNLIMITED VACATION DAYS，只要老板同意就好。
不知道，现实中能休到多少。
