好像都查不到benefit之类的信息
就是知道没pto这个比较狠其他呢？401k espp几个月？
还有长远来看tech和future怎样？先谢过

孩子四岁多了，体重38lb，身高110cm. 想买个Booster Car Seat。其实做现在的Car
Seat还可以。但是弟弟长大了，快要做面朝前的Car Seat 了，所以想给大宝升级一下
。大概看了一下，发现价格差别太大，几十到几百都有。能给个推荐吗？

没PTO，但听说是UNLIMITED VACATION DAYS，只要老板同意就好。
不知道，现实中能休到多少。

Broadcom hourly employees accrue 10 days of paid vacation during their first
year of employment. With each year of service thereafter, employees accrual
rate will increase one day per year.

那看来exempt的确实是没有了

Salaried employees do not accrue vacation time, but instead have the
flexibility to take time off with pay at their discretion, subject to
fulfilling performance expectations.
