我们正式递交对哈佛大学的行政申诉已经三周多了，但目前还没有得到教育部和司法部
的积极应答；同时鉴于大家提出个人加入此次亚裔哈佛申诉的强烈要求，也考虑到今后
争取议员支持的需要，特发起个人请愿联署，让在美民众都来参与这次亚裔独立操作的
行政申诉！个人联署将以行政申诉补充件的形式递交司法部和教育部，敦促其尽快展开
调查。

貌似这是一个以微博/微信/面书为基地，没有任何真名实姓被列出来的"virtual
committee"，也似乎不是在美国已经正式注册的民间组织(organization)。
也可能是“微动博”来和“买卖提”擂台比武的一种形式？

这种所谓请愿活动，还不如出个 bounty：
重赏给任何一个前哈佛本科录取委员会成员 who is willing and competent to
testify that there was or was not an admission quota for Asian applicants.
然后设立个 TRUST 账号，接受群众捐款。
这比物色十个可能被歧视而未被录取的亚裔申请者都值。
退而求次：
重赏给任何一个有意打入哈佛本科录取委员会，成为深喉的美国公民，条件是 who is
willing and capable to find out whether there is an admission quota for
Asian applicants.
缺点是：
马上就有人跳出来说：我是前哈佛本科录取委员会成员。我可以作证说明 there was
no admission quota for Asian applicants when I worked there.

我反倒觉得，楼主匿名搞这种请愿才是开国际玩笑。做个套，让不明真相的人往里钻呢
。匿名的组委会？白色恐怖有这么严重吗？
再不济，可以捐款给美国政府，来雇个 informant 来干这件事。那不就是中国的美人
计吗？或者苦肉计。
再再不济，可以捐款天天在 Boston Globe 或者 Time Square 上登广告，号召有良心
、不为钱、遵守法律的前哈佛本科录取委员会的成员，勇敢地走出来！连同性恋都一个
个走出来了，承认有 quota 不是什么丢人的事！
如果真有这么个 quota 的话，那么这么多年下来肯定有一个有良心的哈佛人会来救驾
。不然，真是没天理了。如果连天理都没有了，你还告什么呀？那不成了天下乌鸦一般
黑了吗？
