Is there anyway to spend less money on Costco Membership?
I heard there was a way to get free new enrollment, does someone have any
clue?
btw, it's a new enrollment.

share it with other people, or only enroll the month you need to shop there.
You can get refund of the rest of the year

我唯一知道的一点信息就是让别人推荐你,你要是开普通卡你俩各拿$10 gift card,
黑卡的话你$25,TA$10.
希望有帮组,YMMV though
