reason for return and stating that you would like a refund and also include
your Order ID xxxxx. Please understand that ALL returns for refund will
incur an 18% restocking fee (including defective items that are not
exchanged, damaged items, and DOA items). Products must be in factory sealed
never opened resalable condition to qualify for a full refund.
