12年底买的staples电池，做了那个25刀rebate，是email的。现在还没有收到。submit
的时候，写得挺简单的，也没有收到任何说收到了或是处理了email。怎么办？

gift card is that it's really difficult for you to tell the gift card is
from Duracell. I know it because that's the only P&G rebate I did last year.
