而且广告上明白写着UP TO 0.2/加仑，所以实际上只减了0.1/加仑，还得付现金，如果

我们这里kroger自家油站可以减1刀，和kroger合作的shell只能减1毛

Kroger limits 35 gallon
randalls limits 25 gallon.
so for kroger, if you make full use of the 35 gallon,

In our state there are participating Exxon and Mobil stations. It takes 24
hours to for points to be valid in those stations.
For Safeway gas stations it remains instantly valid.
