收到capital one 的 buypower credit card 邀请邮件。no annual fee, 5% earnings
every year on the first $5000 in purchases with the card, and then 2%.
Earning can be used on top of most current GM offers. 上面特别提到 Chevrolet
, Buick, GMC, Cadillac vehicle. 请问这张卡值不值得申请？是不是得到得earning
只能用与在GM买车？谢谢。
