没法用paypal pending balance 付邮寄费用？# PhotoGear - 摄影器材

paypal 上有一点pending balance。正好卖一个东西，却没法用这个pending balance
付邮费，也看不到哪里可以选择其他的付邮费的方式（比如说用我连在paypal的信用卡
付）。
Paypal 报错说：“Your payment for shipping cannot be processed because it
exceeds your available balance. To raise your balance, you must add funds to
your account. Please note that it may take 3-4 days for any funds you add
to become available in your PayPal account.”
可同时在报错的那一页上显示：
Payment Method
Available PayPal Balance: $xx USD
谁知道是怎么回事吗？（邮费才10块，比balance少很多，不过都是pending的，我记得
pending的可以用来付邮费啊.就算不行，让我选信用卡/银行账号也行啊。）
