买一房，签了contract，tenant在里面住着，lease已结束，现在是month by month现
有以下几个问题想问下各位地主
我需要重新和tenant签约吗？
closing那个月的rent和tenant的deposit，seller要给我吗？
我现在住在一apt，还有一年lease，想问问各位有没有什么经验我应该怎么干，谢了。

是不是同等F值，口径做小技术要求高？

ask your agent to get a copy of the contract and then try to contact the
current tenant to inform that you are going to buy the property and the
tenant will need to go. once you got the lease contract, ask the seller to
write a check to reimburse the rent for the part after closing.

现有的技术下，如果做200mm F1.4，是不是最小口径和400 F2.8一样？
