在表 "Truth in lending disclosure statement"上有好几处不理解:
1： "Finance Charge （the dollar amount the credit will cost you）"和 "
Amount financed (the amount of credit provided to you or on your behalf)"分
别是怎么计算的呢？用贷款计算表算了一下，和total interest paid，the total
payment的数字 都不一样。
2：另外，loan agent在该表上就几个方面的内容选了几个选项 ，让我们签字，不太理
解这些选项意味什么？有什么需要注意的么？
1) security :
- "you are giving a security interest in the property located at ####, "
collateral securing other loans with us may also secure this loan"".(这个选
项有什么特别的么? loan agent没有选另外一个选项- "Your deposit accounts and
other rights you may have to the payment of money from us"，也不知道什么意思
？)
2) "someone buying the property "cannot assume the remaining balance due
under original mortgage terms"". (这个有什么特别的么？)
3) "Property insurance : "property hazard insurance for the full replacement
value with a loss payable clause is a required condition of this loan.
borrower may purchase this insurance from any insurance company acceptable
to the lender." "(这个有什么特别需要注意的么？)
4) Hazard insurance "is not available through the lender at an estimated
cost of $ for a year term" (不理解这个的意思? 为什么钱数和年数都空着?)
