电脑没有声音了， 该查的软件我都查了， 没发现问题。多半是硬件出问题了， 保修

Director工资浮动很大，和line of service也有区别，new director工资18w起吧，每
年大概涨10%。不知道从别的公司挖过来会给多少，可能一开始会高一点，然后每年涨
幅比较小。24万是所有director的平均

Bonus is from 0% - 35%, most people get the middle range. 16w is the low
range of market rate for directors, like newly promoted directors. It kinda
overlaps with the high range of manager salary.
I think you can ask for 18w, or if you have any specific skills/clients that
they desperately need, you can basically make your own offer.
But again, they pay you a high starting salary to get you over, then they'll
get it even on bonus and raise. Eventually, you'll be paid like every other
directors at your level.

I assume you mean financial advisory, not management consulting, i.e.
deloitte S&O/Monitor. management consulting should make a lot more.
there's also generally a time lag to the salary posted on the internet.
actual salary should be somewhat higher due to year over year increase.

yeah, totally depends on line of service. for example, some groups are from
acquisition of other firms and therefore are paid a little higher. Deloitte
consulting pays higher than deloitte, but not much.

我又来问下career path.因为之前从来没做过咨询。是不是升partner一级基本是小概

那就是gh2的低感起点太高了
虽然我没有很看高e300，但偶尔用一下，对于套头低感的表现还是常常很惊喜的
