Bonus is from 0% - 35%, most people get the middle range. 16w is the low range of market rate for directors, like newly promoted directors. It kinda overlaps with the high range of manager salary. I think you can ask for 18w, or if you have any specific skills/clients that they desperately need, you can basically make your own offer. But again, they pay you a high starting salary to get you over, then they'll get it even on bonus and raise. Eventually, you'll be paid like every other directors at your level.

I assume you mean financial advisory, not management consulting, i.e. deloitte S&O/Monitor. management consulting should make a lot more. there's also generally a time lag to the salary posted on the internet. actual salary should be somewhat higher due to year over year increase.

yeah, totally depends on line of service. for example, some groups are from acquisition of other firms and therefore are paid a little higher. Deloitte consulting pays higher than deloitte, but not much.
