citibank called my wife, there is a $200 transaction in IA..........en, it
is stolen....
interesting, how can they determine whether the transaction is fake or not?
they never called us when we use that credit card to buy more expensive
things.

银行软件冒似有algorithm可以检测出你消费的位置，如果你突然以到你平常活动范围
之外的地方刷卡，就会red flag

That credit card is our major credit card until 1 month ago.......
We did not use it for a month and it is stolen...

But I bought a lens and shipped to tax free state, they did not call.....

旅游的消费也可以界定一下的啊，不过最近我在网上用amex，经常被打电话让确认

yes, amex called me a lot, I said just let me alone and don't block my
purchase, they did not call anymore.......
citi did the same thing to my wife, she did a similar thing and citi did not
call until today.
