1) You need waive J visa when you send I485, after you waive it, You cannot
use renew it anymore. So, make sure you have two years of J1 visa.
2) After you send the I140, you ca not go back China anymore since your visa
is J1 visa.
3)You should hire a lawyer if you want evrything is sure. All the ID in
mitbbs are not professional. Sometime we maybe give out the wrong anwsers.

可以提交140，提交485前得拿到waiver, 或者至少DOS的favorable recommendation

递交485之前要豁免，不然485会被拒绝
