Netflix needs a new CEO, the managerment is as dumb as HP...do they have

do not expect too much, nflx is a successful startup, not HP.
Do not compare NFLX with HP
if CEO is replaced, NFLX will be lower than 5 very soon

When the CEO can't protect shareholder's interest, the borad needs to take
actions to correct mistakes. It doesn't matter if the CEO is the co-funder
or not. 他这样干可以和 Yahoo, Jerry Yang 当年拒绝微软收购媲美了，同样是co-
funder,Jerry被请下台了，这位netflix的天才CEO呢？
