不值。sdrive 28i的。新的bmw promotion 28i xdrive，well equipped 才379，不过
有4000的downpay

That's 4000/36+379=490 not including tax. If swapalease.com's price includes
sales tax (seems likely), LZ's deal would be better. Of course it's not the
same car.
LZ, you should try to lease a 3 series. It has higher residual value. For
example, 320i should have a residual value of 64% for 3 year 30k miles. You
should expect to at least get the invoice price with the current incentive.

X1现在bmwusa给出来的残值是0.6

这车折扣还挺狠的,之前去年看车时同年(当时13')的到了10%off左右,还是dealer开价
这样的话真要X1,还不如自己去negotiate一个新lease,
