T.H. Capital said China Central Television aired a news conference held by
China’s central government stating its full support of SINA’s Weibo. They
believe this is very positive for SINA Weibo’s position in China’s social
media landscape as well as solidifying its potential for commercial
opportunities. The government’s support reaffirms SINA’s position and
largely eliminates political risk, as there was fear among investors over
China’s crackdown on rumors bring spread on the web that could potentially
prompt increased regulation of social media and in particular, Weibo. T.H.
Capital believe this also paves the foundation for continued growth of SINA
’s Weibo platform.

刚卖了个500多块的东西,买家0 feedback, 邮寄地址是美国,付账很快，但是paypal
帐号里的address 是巴西, 而且paypal email 也是 xxx.br ,貌似巴西域名。
这种情况chargeback风险高么? 发email 给买家的paypal email 要求确认是
authorized payment 有用么（如果将来dispute）？万一买家chargeback,是不是
我一定赢不了？
还是refund ，cancel 交易？

唉，哪个方向都不赚钱，70左右要抄底吧，人家下了65，80左右要烧吧，人家上了90。
虎子给说庄家敢拉回90是不是因为大部分80-90的套牢盘都割肉了

我不会看庄家盘。
控制好仓位吧。这个这么折腾，时刻保持有子弹。
做好SINA从20到200的计划，有了计划就让它去折腾吧。

PAYPAL 不须CONFIRMED ADDR 已经多年了. 只要地址是PAYMENT 里的, PAYPAL 说OK TO
SHIP 就行, $250 以上要SIGNATURE.
