3-4 month baby凌晨睡不安稳
my baby is 3 and half months. he goes to sleep around 8:00-8:30, dream
feeding at 11:30 and 4:00. Around 5:30 to 6:00, he starts to kick and hnn..
I have to keep patting him to put him back to sleep. But it repeats, until
he wakes up at 7:00. How can I help him to straight sleep until 7:00?
His naps at day time is about 4 to 5 hours.
We are doing 4 hours EASY now.
